Not a chain.
Not a studio.
Holloway Road has a bit of everything, but not always a gym where serious lifters feel at home. If you want real machines and a floor you can actually use, the answer is just up the road.
Machines built for muscle
44+ custom-built and classic Olymp machines that load the muscle through the full range. Great for beginners learning technique and for experienced lifters.
Capped membership
We limit memberships on purpose, so the floor stays quiet and the machine you need is free when you need it.

Opened in 1994 by world champion bodybuilder Ian Dowe. Mr Universe posters on the walls and old-school standards on the floor.
