Why Tufnell Park lifters train here

Not a chain.
Not a studio.

Tufnell Park has leafy streets, good pubs and a quick link into town. For a gym that takes training seriously, the best option is one stop up the line.

Machines built for muscle

44+ custom-built and classic Olymp machines that load the muscle through the full range. Great for beginners learning technique and for experienced lifters.

Capped membership

We limit memberships on purpose, so the floor stays quiet and the machine you need is free when you need it.

Founded by a world champion

Opened in 1994 by world champion bodybuilder Ian Dowe. Mr Universe posters on the walls and old-school standards on the floor.
