Closer than
you think.
Crouch End has no tube, so buses do the heavy lifting. Several routes link the Broadway area with Archway, and we're at 2-4 Navigator Square, N19 3UB, a moment from Archway station.
From the Broadway
Several routes connect Crouch End with Archway. Pick the one that suits your end of N8 and after a week you will not need to think about it.
A manageable ride
Plenty of members cycle over and find it doubles as a warm-up.
Northern line after
Training at Archway means you can jump on the Northern line into town straight afterwards, which Crouch End itself cannot offer.
Not a chain.
Not a studio.
Crouch End's fitness scene leans towards boutique classes and studios. If you want to lift properly on good machines, change your shape or get noticeably stronger, this is the short trip worth making.
Machines built for muscle
44+ custom-built and classic Olymp machines that load the muscle through the full range. Great for beginners learning technique and for experienced lifters.
Capped membership
We limit memberships on purpose, so the floor stays quiet and the machine you need is free when you need it.
Founded by a world champion
Opened in 1994 by world champion bodybuilder Ian Dowe. Mr Universe posters on the walls and old-school standards on the floor.
